2021 canceled, back in 2022!
Hand-crafted ceramic sculptures, teapots, lamps, cooking ware, birdhouses, soap dispensers, jewelry, ornaments and much more will be on sale at the Annual Potters Market. Over 140 potters will sell their wares at the event, held annually the weekend following Thanksgiving Weekend. Admission and parking is free and the public is invited. We accept Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard and we wrap your purchase for the ride home.
Every year the Annual Potters Market chooses a charity to support. In 2019, participating artists donated artwork, and the proceeds from these sales were donated to North Star Reach, a non-profit organization that serves children with chronic and life-threatening health challenges across the Great Lakes region. Campers at North Star Reach experience all of the fun, joy and independence that all children receive at camp and appreciate a rare sense of normalcy. Shopping for donated artwork at the Potters Market helps us support North Star Reach and their mission.
The Southfield Pavilion, located within the Southfield Municipal Complex at 26000 Evergreen Road, is metro Detroit’s premier exposition center. The Pavilion provides 17,000 sq ft of sales floor. This huge increase allows wider aisles, more pottery on the sales floor, more parking, and many new additions to our show. Free parking for over 1,000 vehicles, as well as quick access to major area freeways such as M-10 (Lodge), I-696 and the Southfield Freeway, make it easy for our customers to locate.
