The Sandusky Thumb Festival is now in its 30th year! The last full weekend in June, the downtown area is home to fun for the whole family! The festivities kick off on Friday evening, when we gather downtown for dinner on the street, followed by the kickoff of the Lawnchair Music Series at the Gazebo, and the Firefighters Beverage and Food Tent featuring craft beers from Elk Street Brewery!
Saturday is the big day, with a handmade only craft show, sidewalk sales, citywide garage sales, a classic car show, motorcycle show, Mustang Stampede, 5K run, free kids activities, a big parade, live music, food court, horseshoe and cornhole tournaments, bed races, ATV run, beverage tent, and a fireworks show at dusk.
Sunday morning, fly or drive in to the pancake breakfast at the airport, and join the community church service at the gazebo!
