The Palmer Park Art Fair brings a high quality fair back to Detroit. This 200 acre park is convenient to many of the cities wealthiest areas. It runs along Woodward- a major commuter route. Our attendees prove that high-quality artwork sells in the city. The residents of these neighborhoods have higher incomes and very low housing costs so they have some of the best rates of disposable income anywhere. This is a boutique art fair, limited to about 60 artists.
At the Palmer Park Art Fair, the artists curl around Lake Francis and up to the original log cabin at the beautiful Palmer Park. The park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, the same landscape architect that created New York's Central Park and Detroit's own Belle Isle. What a fitting location for beautiful art from across the country with live art, teen artists, demonstrations and more!
