Get ready to Find Your Folk! The annual Ann Arbor Folk Festival, a fundraiser for The Ark, returns to University of Michigan’s Hill Auditorium for two dynamic and different nights of folk and roots music on Friday, January 25 and Saturday, January 26, 2019.
The first Ann Arbor Folk Festival took place in 1977, and since then it’s grown in scope and depth. The range of genres and styles is large, the sense of tradition when all the evening’s performers join together in song at the end of the Saturday show even stronger.
General public tickets are $42.50 and $60 for a single night; $75 and $110 for series tickets; and Gold Circle tickets are $100 for a single night and $180 for series tickets (both nights).
All funds raised through the Festival benefit The Ark, Ann Arbor’s non-profit home for folk, roots, and ethnic music.
